This policy covers the Spediak marketing website at spediak.com. The Spediak applications (my.spediak.com and Spediak Inspect) have their own data practices described in the app.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you send a message we receive the name, email address, topic, and message you provide. The form is processed by Formspree, Inc. on our behalf.
- Analytics cookies (optional). With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device type. IP addresses are anonymized. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information.
- We don't run advertising or ad-tracking cookies on this website.
- We don't collect payment information on this website — subscriptions are handled inside the app.
How we use information
To respond to your messages, operate and improve the website, and understand which content is useful. That's it.
Your choices
- Accept or decline analytics cookies via the banner, or change your mind anytime using "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
- Request deletion of your account or data via our data deletion form, or email info@spediak.com.
Third parties
Formspree (form processing), Google Analytics (optional analytics), Google Fonts (font delivery), and our hosting provider. Each processes only what's needed to provide their service.
